Hiking has a new face, more aggressive and even more technical. Miura GTX is designed to tackle mixed and challenging terrain with agility, maintaining the structure and technical features typical of Kayland hiking shoes.
UPPER AND LINING
The upper is among the main innovations of this shoe, both for the design made attractive by the hot pressing and for the structure. Miura GTX has 3 differentiated zones in the material guaranteeing protection and lightness based on needs. The main composition is almost entirely in suede: this allows excellent adaptability to the foot and in the long run, perfect anatomical conformity. In the lower part, a polyurethane band has been added that surrounds the entire upper without weighing down the shoe, while the toe cap is made of extra-resistant rubber to ensure protection and durability. Inside, the Gore-Tex Extended Comfort Footwear membrane provides maximum climate comfort.
SOLE
Two-tone and dual-density EVA midsole designed for maximum lightness, stability and impact absorption. The Vibram® Multiverse sole features a specific design for mixed terrain, with functional lugs, with grip on the heel and a full area at the toe. The tread has a more lug structure for the best possible traction. The internal PU insole is thick enough to ensure good cushioning even on the most technical excursions.
FIT
The lacing is also designed to follow the technical nature of the shoe, moving far forward towards the toe and with the final eyelet holes directly on the shoe so as not to add additional thicknesses that could interfere with the fit. The hotmad tongue guarantees resistance to the structure, avoiding compression of the foot even in the case of very tight lacing. The upper part of the tongue is in microfiber and becomes thinner towards the instep for a feeling of superior comfort.

The Multiverse Hike sole is designed to guarantee excellent performance on difficult and uneven terrain thanks to the characteristics developed by the collaboration between Kayland and Vibram®. Large well-tug areas at the toe and heel for greater grip on dirt and downhill, while the central part is sculpted for better control on smooth surfaces or stairs; finally, the positioning of the studs allows excellent traction and stability in every situation.
